Abstract
The primary care trust where I am employed is moving towards neighbourhood nursing. My colleagues and I would like to hear from readers who are already working in this way. We are interested to know how it was implemented: has it improved health care within those communities? Has it made community nursing better or worse? How has it impacted on relationships between primary healthcare team members, especially that of community nurses and GPs?
