Abstract

A 27-year-old man with a history of nephrolithiasis presented to the emergency department with dysuria and penile pain. He reported a foreign body sensation and pain at the distal tip of his penis. One week prior, he had experienced transient left-sided flank pain. The patient also endorsed a small amount of hematuria and a weakened urinary stream. Given these symptoms, a bedside ultrasound was performed (Figure 1).
