We give an ad hoc explicit derivation of the Heisenberg uncertainty relation based on a Peano—Hilbert planar curve. Subsequently we show how some of the logical difficulties in the interpretation of the double-slit experiment with quantum particles may be circumferenced using the proposed Cantonian model of space-time geometry.
