Abstract

Ihave an article on my bulletin board that I cut out years ago about two summer school students from Connecticut's Greens Farms Academy. Usually, near the beginning of every year, a few of my students read about how the two students from Greens Farms solved a problem that “geometry students had wrestled with for centuries” (Wagner 1996). Often a student will suggest that he or she wants to discover something new, too.
