Abstract
Mr M R Hanson (Nursing Standard, October 30 issue) says the new £30 re-registration fee will help unemployed nurses. It certainly will. My job, for one, will be available to an unemployed nurse because I will leave rather than submit to these periodic charges, especially as it is not long since I Daid my 'lifelong' fee.
