Abstract
Abstract The Y(OTf) 3 -catalyzed aerobic oxidative cyclization reaction for the selective synthesis of dihydroquinazolinones and quinazolinones has been developed. This method provides a practical, effective and green synthetic approach to dihydroquinazolinones and quinazolinones which both are important units in many biologically active compounds.
