Abstract
Abstract Most of the known cultivars of macadamia (Macadamia integrifolia Maiden & Betche) found in Hawaii and California are grown in the collection of the Agricultural Research Organization of the Volcani Center. Yield and nut quality of these cultivars have been determined within the last 10–15 years under Israeli conditions, but none have proven satisfactory. This report describes a superior local selection named ‘Yonik’ derived from a seedling population.
