Abstract

In this study, the subject of management and management in the Quran is examined in parallel with the theoretical framework of management understanding. The history of the development of the understanding of management The history of the development process dates back to a very long period. The understanding of management with individuals and institutions has existed for centuries in the world and is in constant development. Contributions to management from the first periods of history to the present day have usually been provided by bureaucratic authorities within the framework of state administration. When we look at the Islamic world, we see that the understanding of management is Hazrat Mahdi (as). It seems that he reached his peak with Muhammad, and this understanding of management continued through the caliphs who followed. As a result of the fact that the strong understanding of the management of Islamic culture and civilization also spread to a much wider geography than before in this minval during the periods when the Turkish Islamic states took over the management process and spread this knowledge to almost the entire Islamic geography in an absolute sense. In this aspect, the study aims to examine the issues of management and stewardship in the context of the Quran. Key Words: Quran, Manager, Management Theories
