Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of the trust in manager on the employees’ job satisfaction with in the context of organizational trust. In this way, the research was conducted over the public and private sectors’ employees. The sample group of study was composed by randomly selecting 348 employees from public sector and 356 from private sector. According to the result of the analysis of data, a significant and positive relationship was found between trust in manager and job satisfaction of employees. Also, in term of the comparison of the sectors, the differentiation was found of the trust in manager levels and job satisfaction levels of employees.
