Abstract

INTRODUCTION: In this study, it was aimed to make the Turkish adaptation of the Lean Leadership Scale developed by Mulders (2016) and to perform validity and reliability analyses. METHODS: The research was carried out in a private hospital in Istanbul. Within the scope of the research, 253 healthcare professionals were reached. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses were performed for validity studies of the scale, and internal consistency analyses were performed for reliability studies. RESULTS: According to the results obtained, the Lean Leadership Scale displays the same structure as the original scale consisting of five factors and 15 questions as a result of the analyses conducted for validity and reliability. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: With this study, it is thought that a valid and reliable Lean Leadership Scale has been brought to the leadership literature. In addition, it is thought that this study may be a reference for future studies on Lean Leadership.
