Abstract

Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are characterized by defects in communication, social interaction and stereotyped behavior. This has greatly affected the ability to establish social relationships, including making friends, maintaining friendships and socializing. The outcomes of building and experimenting with 08 activities are published in this article (Greeting each other; Using the greeting role-playing scenario; Making new friends together; Making friends through real situations; The game "Super surprise"; Resilience; Recognizing situations in need of help; Helping people around). The experimental was conducted for 80 hours individually class and 144 hours in the group class on five adolescents diagnosed with ASD (01 moderate, 03 mild, and 01 high functioning). The experimental results show that the average score improvements of the skill performance level in the cases increase from M = 1.5 to M = 2.87. With a correlation coefficient of Rs = 0.953, the feasibility and effectiveness of educational activities are significantly associated. This result affirms that educational activities are built with practicality, applicability in educational institutions andpositive outcomes in educating adolescents with ASD.
