XV Applied Mathematics Meeting and XII Statistics Meeting

Abstract

The objective of the XV Applied Mathematics Meeting and XII Statistics Meeting was to promote a space for the exchange of knowledge between the academic and industrial sectors and physics; this event is a space to promote reflection and debate on mathematics, statistics, its history, evolution, didactics and application in physics and other sciences. In this meeting, researchers and teachers of mathematics interacted, socialized research results, consolidated networks for the exchange of ideas and successful experiences; moreover, these spaces allowed the strengthening of mathematics and statistics as a science.
