Abstract
The triangular cross-grid dislocation structure on (0001) basal planes has been revealed by X-ray transmission topography. The analysis of Burgers vector confirmed these dislocations are pure edge type having 〈112̄0〉 type Burgers vector. A simple model of basal slip of the type of (0001) 〈112̄0〉 is used to explain these dislocations.
