Abstract
X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) photoemission lines of some calcium compounds have been measured. The fine structure and position of the Ca 2 p 3 2 line is discussed. The Wagner diagram of the oxygen KLL transitions is presented. The surface composition of some compounds is calculated.
