Abstract
This paper analyzes organizational experience of the XIV National Conference of Landscaping Teaching in Schools of Architecture and Urbanism in Brazil (Enepea) held the city of Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, in 2018. It presents the activities prior to the event, such as the collective elaboration of actions, team formation, search for support and creation of the visual identity, and describes the activities carried out during the event, such as lectures, workshops, and debates. Such record as a scientific article seeks to be a reference for future events, which are little explored by national publications. The final considerations reflect about the event.
