Abstract
an X-band weather radar network was built in Chengdu plain to detect some server weather system and evaluate the weather condition for the Chengdu new airport. The paper introduces the design of detailed network structure and weather radar system. And the scan strategy based on adaptive mode and its detailed working flow are also described in this paper. For collaborative control, we used the DBSCAN clustering algorithm to get the important area division and used a weighting function to decide their grades of the importance. The results show that the X-band radar network with collaborative control can get more detailed structure of server weather system.
