Abstract
The sorption properties of silica gel with γ-mercaptopropyl groups chemically immobilized on its surface toward Pb(II), Cd(II), and Zn(II) at MPC levels in natural water in Ukraine were studied. The mutual effect of Pb(II), Cd(II), and Zn(II) in the sorption-X-ray fluorescence determination of their trace amounts with preextraction on silica gel with γ-mercaptopropyl groups was examined
