Abstract
We have grown (NaCl) x (NaBr) y − x (NaI) 1− y crystals by the melt method for various values of x and y. Thermal parameters like Debye–Waller factor, Debye temperature, mean square amplitude of vibration and Debye frequency were determined using the X-ray powder diffraction intensity data. The results obtained are reported here.
