Wykorzystanie modeli logitowych w analizie czynników aktywności zawodowej ludności

Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify important determinants affecting the economic activity of population aged 15 and older and those over 50 age on the labor market in Poland. The analysis provides an example of the use of logit models to identify and analyze the factors of population activity. The projected decline in labor resources and the increasing population aging confront the socio-economic policy of the State the task of sustaining activity of these populations. Analyses of labor market models often use variables, which include logit models.
