Abstract
Dr.WU Jie-ping raised a philosophy of combination of practice with ideation and learning in the process of medical education and talent development.Ideation is based on knowledge learning and clinical practice and aims at assistance of self-regulated study of medical students.In his philosophy,the ideation comes from long-term clinical practice and encouraged by the spirit of saving the life of patients.The combination of practice,thinking with learning founded a solid base for students' training in medical school and explored pedagogy principle of medical education especially for the talent development.
