After the World War II victor nations started to think that they could prevent wars in the future if they could create some institutions that could eliminate the causes of war. These three institutions were the World Bank, IMF and ITO (today known as the WTO).World Trade Organization Rules are routinely linked to the inability of nations to make meaningful progress in sharpening environmental and other human rights protection. This research paper examines the connection between the WTO and human rights and the areas of conflict between the same by briefly elaborating a few case laws.
