Abstract
The papers in this issue review significant petroleum and natural exploration and production activities throughout the world, with the exception of the Soviet Union. In addition, papers on other energy minerals have been included. To prepare these papers, well data, land status, production statistics, and geophysical activity information was accumulated from numerous sources, such as foreign and domestic scouting services, foreign and domestic governmental agencies at all levels, industry organizations, oil companies, individual consultants, and local representatives. 1 fig., 1 tab.
