Abstract
A workshop on thermal conductivity measurement was held in Budapest, from 14 to 16 March 1983, by IMEKO Technical Committee 12 (Temperature Measurement) in co-operation with the Scientific Society for Measurement Technology and Automation of Hungary. A total of 40 specialists from eight European countries participated, with the majority of the discussions being focused on the measurement of the thermal conductivity of solid materials.
