Abstract
As societies on both sides of the Atlantic are changing so rapidly, everybody needs to learn new things in order to keep abreast with the on-going developments. A great deal of learning is situational, unintended, accidental, that is, informal, and much of this occurs at work. Such workplace informal learning plays a significant role in educators’ professional growth.
