Abstract
It is becoming more and more common for a play therapist to work with a child on school premises. This means the relationship between the professionals involved is vital. How well you work together and understand one another may have a bearing on the effectiveness of the therapy. If significant adults in the child's life are supportive the child is more likely to respond and the work has a better prognosis if there is a sense of team commitment.
