Abstract
This paper presents an overview of a massive and relatively long-term system of international labour circulation. The labour markets at both ends of this system are examined and emphasis is placed on the complex manner in which demand factors in the oil-exporting countries of the Middle East intersect with supply factors in the major sending countries of Asia. Geographical economic social and political impacts are considered. (SUMMARY IN FRE) (EXCERPT)
