Abstract

Abstract Work Style Reform conference has been held monthly from February 2018 by middle-up-down management. Initially, we worked on getting actual work-hour of all physicians. Then some real results were achieved after one and a half years: 1, Cut overtime work 2, payment was transferred annual wedge plan 3, readjustment system of night duty or on-call 4, holiday style reform. Still going on, however, a continuous effort has been taken with a strong back-up of the management team. In this symposium, I will present our cases, which evoke discussions about work style.
