Abstract

I was interested to read the report 'easy solution to staff crisis', being a registered nurse working overseas. Having taken this job through a recruitment drive for nursing in New Zealand, it seems obvious there is a relatively high proportion of English nurses working outside their own country. The majority of us here are extending our contracts, the attraction of better wages one of the main reasons - earning here in two weeks, that in Britain we earned in a month.
