Abstract

Work life Balance is a notion which is familiar with the need for employers to carry workers in attains a balance among the demands of home and family responsibilities. The IT/ITES industry has provided lot to the growth and development of the country in terms of different economical and social aspects through its for-profit as well as not-for-profit activities. This paper specially focusing the areas of their work force where IT/ITES industry has made a major involvement in balancing work life of women professionals and review the same based on its qualitative parameters. It includes an analysis of communicating their knowledge, attitudes and confidence to multitasking women at the tip of balancing their work and lives. It is a significant study of the fundamental conjecture of the creative exploitation of work-life balance strategies in challenging IT/ITES women professional's work-lives. In this interlude, persons who start lacking their interest in anything that related to work. This syndrome is conservatively called Burnout and academically it's investigated as “work and Life Balance”.
