Abstract
This study's objective was to examine and ascertain the impact of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Trans Kalla Makassar. All 321 employees at PT Trans Kalla Makassar constitute the population of this investigation. Based on the slovin formulation, the number of samples used was as high as 76 respondents. The data source utilized is primary data obtained from the respondents' completed questionnaires. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, normality test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and hypothesis testing via multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and determination coefficient test. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Trans Kalla Makassar, the findings of this study indicate. This indicates that the greater an employee's work discipline, the greater their performance. Similarly, the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT Trans Kalla Makassar is positive and significant. This indicates that the greater the motivation of employees, the greater their performance.
