Abstract

The research was performed in Anyksciai, Svėdasų Juozo Tumo-Vaižganto gymnasium and Anyksciai, Aulelių village’s foster home. There were chosen four groups from different social environment: 7–9 and 12–14 years old children who are growing in full families and 7–9 and 12–14 children who are growing in foster home. The method of free associations has been chosen. Data analysis was accomplished according to the following aspects: stock of words associations; association’s content and grammatical connection between the word stimuli and reaction. Results revealed that 7–9 and 12–14 years old pupils from full families give more words association than the same age children from the foster home. Syntagmatic and paradigmatic answers depends on age and environment. Grammatical connection between the word stimuli and reaction depends on age and environment partly.
