Abstract
Wood adhesives are classified into different groups based on their chemistry, nature, and applications. Different types of additives and resins play an important role in bonding mechanics. Though the synthetic adhesives perform better than the bio-based adhesives in bonding wood, the bio-based wood adhesives have been receiving great acceptance due to their ecofriendly characteristic.
