Abstract

Introduction Many cases are analyzed in India when they are in second and third stage of cancer, and the barriers also cannot rule out to diagnose the cancer in early stage. We aimed to identify the perceived obstructions to early determination of breast malignant growth from therural patient’salso health care providers in Western Maharashtra. Methods A qualitative study was done from January to February 2020 using interviews of patients with breast cancer and Auxiliary Nurse from Karad Taluk in Western Maharashtra. All participants provided written consent before participating.Results Data was collected from 50 breast cancer patients, Five Auxiliary nurses who were included in study. We considered the patients and Health-framework related obstructions to early conclusion of Breast malignant growth distinguishing proof.Patient-related obstructions were nonappearance of data on breast malignancy, faith in conventional medication and strict practices for treatment, and absence of social and monetary help to look for care at a clinical office.In the health –system sometimes patient may be misdiagnose of breast cancer, patient may have long distancing referral facilities, Diagnostic services very high cost, patient may take long waiting time for diagnostic tests, and lack of diagnostic and screening tests facilities in local areas. Conclusions Early diagnosis of early phase of breast cancer affected by multiple barriers in Karad Taluka. Awareness campaigns and instruction about the sickness, avoidance, and early recognition are expected to expand analysis of early period of breast malignant growth. It will be helpful to the women to improve their health by early diagnosing and prompt treatment in rural areas.
