Abstract

Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is now considered a vital sign and, as such, optimally improving this measure is a primary goal with cardiac rehabilitation (CR). This study aimed to assess the potential influence of body habitus, assessed by body mass index (BMI), on improvements in CRF in women with cardiovascular disease (CVD).
