Abstract
USAN Cumulative list.-Fifth edition issued by USP Convention lists all U.S. Adopted Names released from the start of the program in 1961 through 1966. USAN List No. 5 includes a total of 594 names and supersedes a" earlier lists. Extensive cross-indexes, as well as a list of approved nomenclature for radio-pharmaceuticals, are included. Supplement USAN 6, published March 1, 1968, includes 103 new names released during 1967. Copies of these booklets may be purchased at $1 per copy from USAN Division, U.S. Pharmacopeia, 4630 Montgomery Ave., Bethesda, MD 20014.
