Abstract
An environmental scan has identified gender and equity gaps within the cardiovascular landscape in Canada, despite gender parity in medical and graduate school training. Our primary aim was to identify gendered experiences of trainees, scientists, and clinicians in Canadian cardiovascular medicine and science.
