Abstract

The ratio of women employees is increasing consistently in the Indian Banking Sector. From 14.76 percent in 2007 to 24.61 percent in 2018, women employees have attained significant space in Indian Banking Sector. The present paper aims to analyze the satisfaction level of women employees towards Human Resource Initiatives and workplace environment at State Bank of India. The study is based on primary data collected from 120 women employees working at State Bank of India in New Delhi. Data Collected was analyzed through percentage, ANOVA and chi-square analysis. The study revealed Human Resource Initiatives are highly appreciated by women employees working at various designations. Women Employees expressed higher levels of satisfaction regarding Human Resource Initiatives and workplace environment at State Bank of India.
