ABSTRACT Women have often been appointed to direct small theological libraries. Their contribution to theological librarianship in that capacity is recognized in this case study of a woman who currently directs a seminary library. Following some general observations about life as a director in a small library, she describes an analogy she used to guide her staff through a retrospective conversion project.
