Abstract

Electrical injuries are a significant public health issue. One of the organs that is most frequently affected is the heart. Asystole, ventricular fibrillation, and myocardial rupture are only a few of the potentially fatal cardiac problems that can result from electrical injury. In this case report, we present a 43-year-old male patient who experienced syncope and sinus bradycardia after suffering an electrical injury but did not need a pacemaker after 24 h of cardiac monitoring.
