(The author who submitted the manuscript did not provide Reviewer Comments to 3 coauthors, who thus did not have a chance to participate in any part of the entire review process. These 3 coauthors immediately notified the Editor-in-Chief and requested that the article be withdrawn. Furthermore, the submitting author also "opted in" to immediate publication if the manuscript was accepted, also without notifying these 3 coauthors of that choice.
