The collection of enormous capacity, storage, processing, and digital multimedia retrieval is referred to as electronic medical records. Electronic medical records have been constructed with high patient safety attention images. Surgery, documentation of the management process, despite the poor compliance with mandatory tolerated dose therapy, and the case is the largest in glaucomatous optic neuropathy.
