Abstract

The aim of this research was to explain the role of nutrition supplements on the sports men health, including (Dietary Supplement, carbohydrates, protein, fats). The popularity of natural bodybuilding is rising, but there is an absence of evidence-based suggestions for it. This paper reviewed scientific literature relevant to the nutrition and supplementation competition prepared, which contributed in the following recommendations. There are, however, a few studies that have investigated the effect of protein supplements on different indicators related to performance.
