Abstract
In the paper a method of absolute measurements of continuous wave laser power is described. The influence of the apex angle and the walls smoothness on the reflection coefficient of the cone absorbers has been investigated. The construction and electrical circuit of a calorimeter containing a wire cone absorber are also described. This is designed for radiation measurements in the range from 25 μW to 25 mW.
