Abstract
The article describes the development of a systemic youth welfare service up to the introduction of a concept of outreach systemic family therapy (AFT) from the practice of a youth welfare agency. The steps for establishing the concept, the cooperation experiences with public youth welfare agencies, the feedback and results from the work with the families and the effects on the employees are shown.
