Abstract

In this paper, a new form of multi-function offshore platform is introduced, and the power generation of wind turbine in swing situation is studied. The motion response of the platform under the influence of wave is solved by using the AQWA module of Ansys. Considering the relative geometric relationship between the platform and the wind turbine, and establishing the power generation mechanism model of wind turbines, the relative incoming wind speed and the power generation of wind turbines are obtained. The input data space of numerical model is supplemented according to the variation of wind speed and the characteristics of waves under swing. And the local lazy learning algorithm is used to predict the output of wind turbines by numerical modeling. It brings some inspiration to renewable energy generation forecast of offshore platform in the future.
