Abstract

On 23 October 1994, one of Australia's leading moral theologians died after a long struggle with cancer. Bill Daniel's death is a loss not only to Jesuit Theological College and the Melbourne College of Divinity, but also to the theological community in Australia and beyond. Pacifica publishes here an edited version of the minute of appreciation passed by the Catholic Moral Theology Association of Australia and New Zealand at their Annual General Meeting only weeks before his death.
