Abstract

A 20-month-old boy presented to Dermatology with a 2-week history of multiple papules, flat-topped papulovesicles, and dry, scaly plaques on his dorsal hands and fingers, lower legs and feet, and buttocks. A week before the rash began, the patient had 2 days of loose stools and fussiness but subsequently appeared well. All immunizations were up to date.What’s your diagnosis?
