Abstract
Wide-bandwidth vector-signal measurements with high spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), are difficult to make with traditional instruments. Equivalent-time sampling oscilloscopes offer wide-bandwidth, however lack dynamic range (/spl ap/60dB SFDR). Vector signal analyzers have high dynamic range (/spl ap/75dB SFDR), however have limited IF bandwidth ( 800MHz) plus its sidebands and harmonics with dynamic range in excess of 80dB SFDR.
