Why Your Country Can't Flourish Without Protected and Revered Right of Inheritance

Russian Abstract: В данной записке мы собрали аргументы в пользу необходимости защиты и укрепления института наследования, как естественной связки семьи и частной собственности. То есть институтов лежащих в основе цивилизованного общества. Тоталитаристы атаковали и продолжают атаковать этот институт, как будто бы несправедливый в соответствии с линией намеченной задолго до Манифеста коммунистической партии, чьи авторы продуманно поместили семью и частную собственность в прорезь своего прицела. Поскольку защита этого института в литературе представлена недостаточно, мы попробовали в меру своих сил постараться закрыть пробел. English Abstract: Here we present our case for Inheritance institution. Inheritance institution is a natural bridge between private property and family (marriage) institutions, fundamental for free and civilized Society. Totalitarians traditionally attack Inheritance as if unjust even before the Communist Party Manifesto (the authors of thereof deliberately targeted both bourgeois family and the Private Property). As we guess, the Defense of Inheritance Institution in the literature is still insufficient, incomplete and inconsecutive, so we attempted, to the best of our ability, to close the gap.
