Abstract
ABSTRACT The pandemic, from 2020, was expected to be a catalyst for telework to permeate. Our study empirically examines the relationship between a firm’s digitalization and telework stickiness, utilizing the unique data from our firm survey conducted in Osaka, Japan. Our results show amongst the four digital technologies, online sharing of internal information impacts telework stickiness. This tendency is also true for firms that hastily adopted telework after the pandemic.
